Fixing LED light flickering

When filming test shots with LED lights I found that the lights would flicker on video, and later discovered that this is due to the camera's frequency refresh rate being greater than that of the LED lighting that the camera is trying to capture. To fix this, you just need to change the shutter speed of the video to a lower speed.
